Summary

My Review
Last year I read Beneath the Surface and I enjoyed it, but had a few minor problems with it. Behind the Scandal however I really liked. The problems I found with Beneath the Surface were definitely not an issue in this book! In fact, I completely enjoyed this book and even found myself flying through it.
I did not like Taylor in book #1. He was an ass, with a problem and was causing problems for Kyran and Dale. So when I found out this book was about him, I was a little hesitant. But since reading the first book where we first found out about Taylor's drug addiction, I did a rotation in a mental hospital and worked with residents who struggled with addiction and now have a better understanding of what addiction is and how it can affect good people. So when I read the first few chapters and his struggle with withdrawal, I actually started developing a soft spot for him and wanted him to do well. If you asked me in book #1 would I start liking Taylor and even start wanting the best for him, I would have thought you were crazy. But that is exactly what happened in this book. With addition to Taylor's story we are also introduced to cast of new awesome characters that you immediately love. From Taylor's Uncle to Libby and her son you are immediately drawn into a fun ride that keep you turning the page to find out what is going to happen next!
