Hey Everyone!
I can't believe it's been over a year that I have now been blogging.
Blogging was always something I wanted to do but was hesitant to start! But now that
I have, I can't believe I didn't do it sooner! You guys were my friends and my family
and my outlet through the tough year of Nursing School. And it is almost
ironic that my one year of blogging is celebrated the same time
I passed my nursing boards and can say that I am an official licensed nurse!
This has been an outlet for me to share one my favorite things, my love for books!
But never in a million years did I expect that I would have met a lot of new friends in the process from all over the world!
First and foremost I don't think I would have been able to get as far as I have without
meeting Patricia and Rosa from The Unofficial Addiction Book Fan Club! Rosa doesn't blog anymore but she is helping me with a super secret project that I can't wait to unleash!
But Patri has been my Spanish Blogging sister and someone who I probably talk to
more than some of my personal non blogging friends! I have been blessed to meet her and am
thankful to call her Mi Amiga! Since we created out blogs less than 1 month apart we decided there was no better way than to celebrate this journey together!
Together us 3 created The Fantastic Flying Book Club where we have met and worked with some AMAZING AUTHORS!
Separate to FFBC I have also had the honor of working with and getting to know some authors who have blown my mind with their words, theirs books and their own amazing selves!
So thank you all from the bottom of my heart! This has been a blast and I am happy
to say there are even bigger and better things to come here on A Reading Nurse!

ReplyDeleteHappy Blogoversary! So of course I love giveaways on blogs, but the most important aspect of a book blog is the review. I like to look at blogs to read what the blogger honestly thought about the book, to see if it is worth my time reading it.

WAHOO!! Congrats on the Blogoversary!! and this would be the most Awesome Book Haul for me to Win... Keep up the great blogging. What I love watching or reading on book review blogs is all the different kinds of books and all the authors as well as reading the thoughts of others on a book. If I have not read that book it does not make a HUGE difference as to rather I do or do not get the book. But at the same time, it may or may not make a Huge difference as to when I might read it. I value others opinions..
